I Made A Child Smile Today

​I celebrated my 35th birthday together with a handful of closest officemates, friends and family by visiting the orphans at Tahanang Vedruna in Tagaytay. We dubbed the activity as "I-made-a-child-smile-today!" Day.

The children expressed overwhelming joy in seeing the benefactors and volunteers and we all felt the same way. After the celebration of the Divine Liturgy, the children sat down to enjoy a sumptuous meal, happily played games with the guests, and excitedly received loads of sweet treats, toiletries, school supplies and toys. Rice provisions were also provided to the orphanage.

To all benefactors and volunteers, thank you for sharing your time, talent and treasure to these children. Your work for God does not go unnoticed:
