Trip to Tahanang Mapagpala - January

Malolos, Bulacan — ​My friends and I visited TAHANANG MAPAGPALA in Malolos, Bulacan last January 19. There were about 30 lolas who were either abandoned by their families or ex-housemaids who are suffering now from Alzheimer’s disease. We brought the lolas dress dusters, adult milk powder and many other staples which were gifts from very generous family and friends. The grannies love their merienda of classic macaroni soup, loaded with veggies and pasta! Caring for the lolas was indeed an extremely rewarding and fulfilling experience for all of us.
