EQUIPPED TO SUCCEED

​The opening of a new school year is always an exciting time for children. It is a season of new friendships, new experiences, and new opportunities to learn. Yet learning becomes much more difficult when students lack the basic tools they need to succeed.

​To help bridge this gap, M.J.J.M.I. (www.jeffjacinto.com) visited the Grade 3 pupils of Bayanan Elementary School and distributed school supplies generously donated by sponsors and volunteers who chose to pay it forward. As soon as we entered the classroom, the children eagerly sprang to their feet and warmly greeted us, “Good morning, visitors, it’s nice to see you.” They listened attentively to the instructions of Teacher Evelyn Castillo and gratefully received their mga gamit sa pangarap, carefully marking each item with their names and bright smiles of appreciation.

Complete school supplies help children participate more confidently in class, stay organized, complete their work, and focus on learning rather than worrying about what they lack.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our sponsors and volunteers, our fellow pilgrims in this valley of tears, for sharing their blessings and making this mission possible. Above all, we thank God, whose love inspires every act of generosity and who placed compassion in their hearts to bless these young learners.
