About Jeff
Jeff Jacinto, PhD, DHum, is a Filipino pastoral musician, dynamic educator, Bible teacher, published writer, and coordinator for missions and outreach efforts. He has used his musical talent and leadership to assist government agencies, schools, and faith communities in expressing their vision and inspiring them to seek God's heart. He composed "Maliwanag na Kinabukasan," the official hymn for the Office of the President – Dangerous Drugs Board in 2015, "Perpetua and Felicity," the parish hymn of Sta. Perpetua Parish, Diocese of Cubao in 2016, and "Inang Lupe Alma Mater," the school hymn of Our Lady of Guadalupe Minor Seminary in 2021, among many other works. In addition to his latest English Missa Brevis, "Mass of the Theotokos," he has composed several other short mass settings: "Misa ng mga Kristiyanong Martir" (Filipino) in 2016 and "Mass of the Pierced Heart" (Latin) in 2020. He was the pastoral associate and assistant administrator at RCAM Sto. Niño de Paz Greenbelt Chapel from 2017 to 2019. As a dynamic educator, he occupied various positions in both academic and corporate environments. He teaches the Bible to various faith communities and promotes God-honoring business practices to different organizations. He publishes his weekly reflections on multiple online platforms. With faith in the collective strength of a generous community, he coordinates and motivates regular monthly missions to orphanages, senior homes, prisons, animal shelters, and other charitable institutions, urging everyone to participate. Due to his fondness for Beagles, during his leisure time, you'll often find him strolling in the park with his wife, Bessie, and their daughter, Jill, enjoying the company of their rowdy pack of furballs.
